Dearman appoints new CFO

Dearman, the clean cold technology company, has announced that it has recruited Joanne Spick as its new Chief Financial Officer. Joanne brings significant corporate finance and international business experience. She was previously CFO and acting CEO of the Dylan Group, the multinational specialist steel products group, based in the Netherlands.
