Midea Starts to Produce Robots

On August 4, Midea Group announced cooperation with Yaskawa Electric (China), a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan-based Yaskawa Electric, to set up two joint ventures to produce robots, namely Guangdong Midea Yaskawa Service Robot Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Yaskawa Midea Industrial Robot Co., Ltd.
