Nuaire Acquired by Polypipe

Leading UK manufacturer of air side products Nuaire, whose output includes fans and air handling units, was taken over by the Polypipe Group for ￡145 million (US$ 221 million). Nuaire, based in South Wales, has an international presence with a workforce of 450 and a turnover of ￡67 million (US$ 102 million).
