Later than You Think

This was the underlying message of an expert panel convened by the magazine RAC in the United Kingdom - designers and operators of air conditioning and refrigeration (ACR) systems are not acting swiftly enough to beat the future shortages of the old refrigerants when the F-gas Regulations start to take effect in the next few years.
