U.S. Launches Antidumping Probe against HFCs from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced on July 16 that it has initiated antidumping duty investigations against imports of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants from China in response to a petition from domestic refrigerant manufacturers.
