FM firm Servest acquires energy efficiency business

Suffolk-based Servest, the M&E and FM provider, has acquired energy efficiency business Llewellyn Smith. Servest, which has worked with tier one contractors including Balfour Beatty, Carillion and Laing O’Rourke, has acquired the consultant for an undisclosed fee.
