White-Rodgers and Flow Control to combine

Emerson is to merge its St Louis-based White-Rodgers and Flow Controls businesses into a single organisation from October 1. The consolidated business, operating as White-Rodgers, will include its merged portfolio of heating and cooling products, including thermostats, expansion valves and system protection components, sold under the White-Rodgers and Emerson brands.
