GEA Air Treatment business is reborn as DencoHappel

DencoHappel is the new name for the air treatment business that used to be part of GEA Heat Exchangers and includes the Denco operation. The company, bought by investment firm Triton, said that the name has been chosen because both Denco and Happel “both stand for high quality and reliability.”
