China Implements Top Runner Program

JARN reporter Zhang Yanbin reported from Beijing, during the seminar commemorating the 10th anniversary of the implementation of energy label held on June 13. Zhang Xin, deputy director of the Environment and Resource Institute, China National Institute of Standardization unveiled the details about China’s Top Runner Program to be publicized by August at the earliest.
