Nibe Comments on EU VAT Ruling on Energysaving Products

At the beginning of June, the European Court of Justice ruled in favor of a legal attempt by the European Commission to outlaw reduced value-added tax (VAT) rates on energy-saving products for the home, which could drive up the cost of renewables for UK consumers.
