The 24th IIR ICR2015, an event aptly characterized as the HVAC&R Olympics, is being held in Yokohama, Japan, this August (see p. 4 for related article). JARN interviewed Noboru Kagawa of JSRAE, one of the ICR2015 chairpersons, to hear about the significance of ICR2015, the program, and other related events.
