New CHP Plant Expected to Save US Army $113 Million

Johnson Controls joined with U.S. Army senior commanders at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Maryland to break ground on a new combined heat and power (CHP) plant designed to save the Army nearly $113 million over 19 years and provide reliable energy service to mission-critical facilities.
