Johnson Controls announces quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Johnson Controls, (NYSE: JCI), a global multi-industrial company, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per common share. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 5, 2015. Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
