Enviro-Safe Refrigerants deemed Not Safe

Enviro-Safe Refrigerants, Inc., of Pekin, Illinois, has agreed to pay a $300,000 fine and cease the sale and marketing of two unapproved flammable hydrocarbon refrigerants as substitutes for ozone depleting substances (ODS).
