Smartcool to Absorb Distributor SmartACR

Ted Konyi, CEO and chairman of Smartcool Systems Inc., supplier of energy-efficiency retrofit products for HVACR systems, announced that the company has entered into an agreement to absorb the business of its distributor SmartACR.
