Koch Heat Transfer Co. LP, a subsidiary of Koch Chemical Technology Group LLC, has purchased the Alco, Alco-Twin, and Bos-Hatten brands of heat exchangers from Peerless Mfg. Co., a subsidiary of PMFG Inc.
