Ingersoll Rand Acquires Frigoblock

Ingersoll Rand announced on March 5 that it has completed the acquisition of Frigoblock, a manufacturer of transport refrigeration units in Germany. The transaction was closed on March 4, 2015, for 100 million Euro(US$ 108 million).
