New Head of IEA Energy Data Centre is former Chief Statistician at UK DECC

Duncan Millard has started as the new Chief Statistician and Head of the IEA Energy Data Centre as Jean-Yves Garnier retires after nearly 20 years in charge of IEA statistics.
