Green Deal Home Improvement Fund opens again for new applications

DECC has announced the Green Deal Home Improvement Fund will reopen for new applications from 16 March. The scheme will have a budget of ￡70m but will see changes made to the amounts of money available for installing different energy efficiency measures.
