Panasonic Expands Business with SmartHEMS

Panasonic is planning to forcefully accelerate its energy management business with its SmartHEMS home energy management system. By giving full play to its powerful sales network, the company intends to expand the business and increase sales of energy management products (excluding solar panels) to \120 billion (about US$ 1 billion) in 2018, or twice as much as in 2014.
