Groupe Atlantic Acquires UK Domestic Heating Company Ideal Boilers

Ideal Boilers, the third-largest firm in the UK’s domestic wall-mounted boiler sector, is a subsidiary of Ideal Stelrad, which was acquired by Bregal Capital in September 2013 for ￡230 million (US$ 350 million).
