Johnson Controls announces quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Johnson Controls, (NYSE: JCI), a global multi-industrial company, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 6, 2015.
