Energy efficiency measures reach one million homes milestone

According to new figures from the DECC, by the end of November last year the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) and Green Deal package had delivered new boilers, windows and insulation to 1,021,000 homes, four months ahead of its March 2015 target.
