Dalian Promotes New Energy-saving Building Technology

Building energy consumption, such as heating and cooling, currently accounts for 30% of the total energy consumption of the whole society. Dalian is pushing forward new energy- saving building technologies and business models in order to realize building energy-saving of 65% during the 12th Five-year Plan period.
