JOBS Program Graduates 45th Student in HVAC, Plumbing

The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) Juvenile Offenders Building Skills (JOBS) program’s latest graduation ceremony recognized the efforts of 15 students who completed training in HVAC and plumbing. This is the fourth JOBS group of students since the program’s inception in 2012.
