Noritz Acquires Dux, Australian Water Heater Supplier

Noritz announced on November 26 that it has reached an agreement with GWA Group, an Australian building fixtures and fitting manufacturer, on its acquisition of GWA’s interests in storage-type water heater supplier Dux Manufacturing and Warapave, the owner of the land and buildings of Dux’s plant.
