New Energy Efficiency Labeling with APF Starts from October

According to joint announcement made by National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, and Certification and Accreditation Administration, inverter air conditioners with old seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) labeling are banned from sales and distribution in the market starting from October 1, 2014.
