U.S. Cold Storage Facility Settles with EPA following Violations

Operators of a cold storage facility in North Haven, Connecticut, have agreed to pay $124,181 in settlement of the U.S. EPA's claims that it violated the federal Clean Air Act's chemical release prevention requirements.
