Energy Efficiency Top Runner Subsidy Program to be Enforced

After one-year blank, details of the household electrical appliance energy efficiency top runner subsidy program became clear. According to the notice from the National Development and Reform Commission, the previous energy saving subsidy program will be replaced by top runner subsidy program for air conditioner and refrigerators.
