Hebei Boosts Development of Energy Saving Buildings

According to Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, newly built energy saving buildings increased by 35 million m2 in last year and 15 million m2 in the first half of this year, showing 100% implementation rate of energy saving standard.
