MHI to Integrate Two Group Companies to Enhance AC&R Business

Effective October 1, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) will integrate two of its group companies: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air- Conditioning and Refrigeration Corporation, which handles the majority of domestic sales of air conditioning and refrigeration (AC&R) products, and Kusakabe Co., Ltd., a company that deals in heating systems.
