CES Group Announces Strategic Alliance with CoolIT Systems

CES Group LLC, a subsidiary of Nortek Inc. and a leading manufacturer of custom and engineered HVAC solutions, has announced the signing of a global OEM and distribution agreement with CoolIT Systems Inc., which supplies liquid cooling technologies to the IT market.
