AHRI Files Petition for Reconsideration and Court Review of Department of Energy Walk-in Coolers and Freezers Energy Efficiency Rule

The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) today filed a petition for review in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit of the Department of Energy’s (DOE) final rule issued on June 3, 2014, regarding energy conservation standards for commercial walk-in coolers and freezers (WICF).
