Trane First with 1233zd Centrifugal Chiller

Air conditioner manufacturers are working to quickly meet the revised EU F-gas Regulation. At the end of June, long-time centrifugal chiller manufacturer Trane (Ingersoll Rand) announced in France the launch of the Series E CenTraVac centrifugal chiller, which adopts next-generation refrigerant HFO-1233zd(E). This is the fi rst commercialized chiller in the world to adopt the new refrigerant.
