Energy bills to drop in Enfield

Hundreds of Enfield’s poorest families could see hundreds of pounds wiped off their energy bills as part of a deal signed by Enfield Council and British Gas. It is estimated that residents will save up to 40 per cent of the cost of their central heating, hot water, electricity and gas bills over the course of a year - equivalent to around ￡400.
