U.S. New-Home Sales Rise 6.4% in April

Sales of newly built, single-family homes rose 6.4% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 433,000 units in April, according to newly released data from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Census Bureau.
