EC Publishes Formal Notice on HFC Quotas

The European Commission (EC) published in May a formal notice in the Official Journal for companies wishing to market HFCs in the European Union (EU) in 2015. Companies need to register and submit their applications for 2015 HFC quotas by July 1, 2014.
