USGBC Announces LEED Certification for World Cup Soccer Stadiums

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has announced that several World Cup soccer stadiums have achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, including South America’s largest stadium, Maracana in Rio de Janeiro.
