Service Experts to Acquire Engineering Excellence National Accounts

SE Holdco, LLC, the parent company of Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning, has acquired Engineering Excellence National Accounts (EENA), a national leader in commercial HVAC service and construction, based in Cincinnati, OH. EENA's customer base include large retail customers, such as DSW, Rite Aid and Williams Sonoma.
