Tigre and ADS Form Joint Venture for US and Canada Markets

Tigre S.A. Brazil and Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. (ADS) have entered into a new joint venture, forming Tigre-ADS USA Inc. The company will manufacture and sell PVC fittings for waterworks, plumbing, and HVAC applications, primarily serving the United States and Canadian markets.
