Campaign urges building operators to phase out R22

Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning has launched a campaign to highlight the issue of new refrigerant legislation that could affect more than 50% of UK commercial properties. EU Regulation 1005/2009 rules that to halt the risk of damage to the ozone layer, hydrochlorofluorocarbons are to be phased out completely by 31 December 2014.
