MiTek Acquires Ellis & Watts Global Industries

MiTek Industries, a Berkshire Hathaway company, announced that it has acquired Ellis & Watts Global Industries. Ellis & Watts engineers, designs, and fabricates highly customized HVAC and other products sold into the nuclear, military, and other industrial end markets.
