Commission refers Belgium and Finland to Court for failing to fully transpose EPBD

Warnings have been sent to other Member States. More than half of the countries have not met the transposition deadlines. Finland and Belgium could face daily fines up to resp. 19.000 and 42.000 euro if they do not transpose the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
