Energy Star Seeks to Increase Efficiency, Affordability of Multifamily Buildings

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) Energy Star program has signed an agreement with the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac) aimed at increasing the efficiency and affordability of multifamily housing properties.
