AHRI Sees Flaws in CPSC-Proposed Guidelines for Voluntary Recalls

The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) sent comments on February 4 to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regarding CPSC's proposal to establish guidelines for voluntary recalls. AHRI said its comments expressed industry’s concern that the proposal would not improve the current voluntary remedial action process.
