Haier's Employee Self-Organization Structure Earns Ranking Among World's Innovative Companies

Qingdao, China-based appliance giant Haier was named by Fast Company as one of world's most innovative companies, and one of China's ten leading innovative companies. Fast's 2014 rankings, tracking innovation leadership, highlighted Haier's "bold approach to innovating" through allowing employees to self-organize.
