Johnson Controls announces quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI), a global multi industrial company with established core businesses in the automotive, building and energy storage industries, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share.
