TRC Acquires Energy Services Business from EMCOR Group

TRC Companies Inc., a leader in engineering, consulting, and construction management services to the energy, environmental, and infrastructure markets, announced that it has acquired EMCOR Energy Services Inc. (EES), a subsidiary of EMCOR Group Inc., in an all-cash transaction.
