Highly Acquires Changhong Teco

According to the announcement of Highly, to meet with its development strategy of the 12th Five-year period and the air conditioning market demand of West China, the Board of Directors had agreed to acquire 51% share of Sichuan Changhong Teco Precision Equipment and set up Highly’s compressor production base in Southwest China.
