Celfrost Acquired by U.S. - based Middleby

One more Indian company in the HVAC&R field has been acquired on October 15, 2013 by a U.S. firm Middleby Corporation. Celfrost Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a Gurgaon-based company in the national capital region of Delhi co-promoted by Neeraj Seth in 2004, worked its way up to become the largest, independent supplier of a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment for restaurant chains and hotel groups before being acquired.
